Refund policy
Returns and exchanges:
I gladly accept returns and exchanges under certain conditions.
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. For items that arrive damaged or misprinted, please provide photographs of the damage or mistakes and I will be happy to either refund or replace the item.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Refunds and exchanges are available on a case by case basis, and typically only if there is a problem. If there is a problem with the item you ordered or you are dissatisfied for any reason, please get in touch with me first, and I will do my best to fix the problem. Since most of my items are made to order, I am unable to refund an order simply because you changed your mind. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Custom orders cannot be returned. Please provide a photograph of the issue along with an explanation when you contact me and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
